What You'll Do

You'll be diving into the heart of the lab, working with the latest equipment to:

Collect and process blood, urine, and tissue samples

Perform routine testing that supports crucial diagnostic decisions

Keep our standards high with quality control checks

Accurately report findings to providers-because details matter

Ensure everything runs smoothly, safely, and by the book Who You Are

You're either wrapping up your associate's degree or fresh out of school with a focus in Medical Lab Technology, Clinical Lab Science, Biology, or something similar. If you're certified through ASCP, AMT, or another recognized body-or eligible to be-we'd love that too.

You're detail-oriented but not rigid. You're organized but flexible. You're good with tech and even better with people. Teamwork lights you up, and you're not afraid to ask questions or offer help.
