Role : O365 Architect with Azure AVD
Location : Dallas, TX (Monday to Thursday Onsite & Friday Remote)
Duration : 6 Months
Job Duties:
The Systems Engineer is responsible for the configuration, management, troubleshooting and issue resolution for critical business services across the globe.
These services include SSO, SharePoint, File Sharing, Communication and Collaboration Azure Computer Services, and support for Email, Active Directory. The engineer will also work with our Helpdesk, Application, and ECS teams, to provide end-to-end support for platform, image, applications, and end users via a ticketing system.
Additional Duties and Requirements
Administration of Office 365 Services: Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Teams
Manage and configure Azure compute to include Azure virtual desktop services
User Administration (Azure Active Directory, Office 365)
Create and configure SharePoint users, sites and configure SharePoint server features
Mobile Device Management via Intune
Take part in technical projects related to Office 365
Maintain awareness of Office 365 roadmap, releases and license levels
Ticket Triage and Issue Resolution
Level 2 Escalation Support
Daily Monitoring and Alert Responses
Engineer images for Windows 7, Windows 10, Windows 11 Operating Systems. Experience & Skills Required:
3+ years of hands-on experience with Office 365, Microsoft SharePoint, or Microsoft Exchange
2 + years of Azure Virtual Desktop experience is preferred.
Extensive PowerShell Scripting
Strong Documentation and Communication Skills (Verbal/Written) in English
Problem Solving & Troubleshooting Skills

Change Management
Knowledge and experience troubleshooting these platforms: Microsoft Exchange, Active Directory, DNS, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive for Business, SMTP\\Mail Relay, Outlook client configuration and PowerShell
Expert knowledge of mail delivery including Active Sync, MX, DKIM, SPF and email security gateways
Proven experience with Microsoft Active Directory services including forest and domain design, policies, trusts, replication and topology
Expert level knowledge of Exchange including user and security management and configuration
Knowledge of High Availability, Load Balancer, Firewall and Basic Networking Concepts.
Capable of Independently Solving Simple to Complex Problems
Experience with Skype for Business and Teams services, design and topology are strongly desired
Advanced experience in SharePoint administration and configuration
Strong Organizational Skills and the Ability to Manage a Diversified Workload.
3-5 years in an Exchange/O365 Administration role or Service desk support of these products and knowledge of Azure computing.
