Key Responsibilities:

Pre-Surgical Preparation: Prepare operating rooms by organizing surgical instruments, supplies, and sterile drapes in accordance with procedural needs.

Assisting During Surgery: Pass instruments and supplies to surgeons and maintain a sterile field throughout each procedure.

Equipment Management: Operate, inspect, and maintain surgical instruments and equipment, ensuring functionality before and during operations.

Patient Safety & Sterility: Rigorously apply aseptic techniques and adhere to infection control protocols to ensure the highest standards of safety.

Post-Surgical Duties: Support OR clean-up and assist with the decontamination and sterilization of surgical tools and equipment. Qualifications:

Graduate of an accredited Surgical Technology program

Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) credential through NBSTSA (or ability to obtain)

Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (required)

Skills & Experience:

Strong attention to detail and the ability to stay composed in high-pressure environments

Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Familiarity with OR procedures, tools, and sterile techniques

Previous surgical tech experience preferred, but new graduates are welcome What We Offer:
