Job Description for Process Analyst Role:

Experienced Process Analyst who can create process models in in 'As-Is' and transform in to 'To-be' in Camunda Web Modeler

7+ years of experience in BPMN (Preferred) and DMN Standards with Business Process Automation tools (e.g., Camunda, Flowable, JBPM)

Experience is facilitating Process Discovery sessions, documenting, and converting it to Functional requirements

Knowledgeable in Process Analysis and Design using core workflow principles that are efficient, well structured, maintainable, and easy to understand.

Simulation experience where process changes are measured using constraints to reflect current state and future state process performance.

Experience in following Agile best practices, and experience in the Financial Services or Insurance preferred.

Experience in process mining and data models to enable Process Data Analysis
