Your Role:

Run Diagnostic Tests: Process blood, tissue, and fluid samples with accuracy

Operate Lab Equipment: Maintain and troubleshoot instruments to ensure reliability

Collaborate with Providers: Deliver timely, quality data for patient treatment decisions

Ensure Compliance: Follow quality control and regulatory guidelines (CLIA, CAP, etc.) What You Bring:

Associate degree in Clinical/Medical Laboratory Technology or related field

MLT Certification (ASCP, AMT, or eligibility)
