Position Overview:

The ideal candidate will have experience leading survey projects, managing field crews, and ensuring compliance with state regulations. This role requires strong technical expertise, attention to detail, and a client-focused mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct boundary, topographic, and construction surveys.

Prepare and review plats, legal descriptions, and survey reports.

Utilize modern survey equipment and software (GPS, Total Station, AutoCAD, etc.).

Ensure compliance with NC & SC surveying regulations.

Collaborate with engineers, developers, and clients to provide accurate solutions.

Supervise and train field crews as needed. Qualifications

Qualifications:

Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) License in North Carolina (SC preferred).

Minimum 5 years of experience in land surveying.

Strong knowledge of boundary law, construction staking, and topographic surveys.

Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and GPS survey equipment.

Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
