Junior Attorney

Our defense law firm has a full-time associate attorney position available now and we’re looking for the right professional to join our team. You will have the opportunity to learn from experienced attorneys and will provide legal counsel to existing clients. You will be responsible for various attorney tasks, including performing legal research, drafting documents, making court appearances, taking and defending depositions and assisting with trial preparation. Successful candidates must be licensed to practice law in California for more than 3 years. We welcome qualified candidates to apply to fill an immediate opening. Responsibilities: Legal Research and law and motion assignments.File handling from start to conclusion.Take and defend depositions.Attend court appearances.Interact with clients.Assist with trial preparation and strategy. Qualifications: • Has a Juris Doctor (J.D. degree) from an accredited law school • Solid communication skills and problem-solving skills required in order to work with clients, staff members and senior attorneys Compensation: $115,000 to $150,000
