About the Role
We are seeking an experienced HVAC Sheet Metal Foreman to join our growing commercial construction team. In this hands-on leadership role, you will oversee the installation of HVAC ductwork systems on commercial projects, supervise crews, manage materials, and ensure work is performed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with industry standards.

Supervise field crews installing ductwork, RTUs, ATUs, split systems, and other HVAC components
Interpret blueprints, specifications, and shop drawings to guide installations
Maintain project milestones and coordinate with other trades to stay on schedule
Oversee material management and tool usage per company standards
Ensure compliance with SMACNA standards and company safety policies
Complete and submit daily field reports, accident/incident documentation, and forward planning
Promote safety, quality, and productivity on-site
Communicate with project managers, customers, inspectors, and other stakeholders Qualifications
Minimum 5 years' experience in commercial HVAC construction, including foreman-level supervision
Strong knowledge of ductwork installation methods and SMACNA standards
Able to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and submittals
Familiarity with RTUs, ATUs, split systems, and HVAC system components
Journeyman or Master HVAC Certification (preferred, not required)
OSHA 30 certification preferred
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
Must pass background check, drug test, and post-employment fitness test
Must own basic hand tools and power tools required for the trade Soft Skills & Expectations

Willingness to travel to job sites and stay overnight if necessary
