About the Role:

The Grab & Go Attendant at Santa Clara Resort LLC plays a vital role in delivering a seamless and pleasant quick-service food experience to guests within the hospitality and tourism environment. This position is responsible for efficiently managing the Grab & Go food station, ensuring that all items are well-stocked, fresh, and presented attractively to meet guest expectations. The attendant will maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization, adhering to all health and safety regulations to provide a safe dining environment. Minimum Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Previous experience in a customer service or food service role preferred but not required.

Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.

Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.

Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor. Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working in a hospitality or resort environment.

Certification in food handling or safety (e.g., ServSafe).

Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and cash handling procedures.

Multilingual abilities to assist a diverse guest population.

Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays. Responsibilities:

Prepare and replenish Grab & Go food items, ensuring freshness and proper presentation throughout operating hours.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the Grab & Go area, including food displays, refrigeration units, and surrounding spaces.

Monitor inventory levels and communicate with kitchen and supply staff to ensure timely restocking of products.

Provide courteous and efficient service to guests, answering questions about menu items and accommodating special requests when possible.

Adhere strictly to all food safety, sanitation, and health regulations to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff.

Assist with cash handling and point-of-sale transactions when required, ensuring accuracy and accountability.

Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to management promptly.

Collaborate with team members to support overall resort food service operations and guest satisfaction.
