About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Email Marketing Manager to oversee our email and text communications strategy. This individual will focus heavily on email deliverability, content creation, and performance optimization (90% email / 10% text), ensuring our campaigns reach the right audience, deliver the right message, and drive measurable results.

Qualifications:

3+ years in email marketing / deliverability / campaign strategy.

Strong knowledge of email systems, IP/domain management.

Experience with MailWiz, SendGrid, or similar ESPs.

Skilled in persuasive, compliant copywriting.

Proficient with Google Analytics, UTM tracking, reporting tools.

Familiarity with SMS campaign tools (a plus).

Excellent English communication skills.

Regulated industry experience preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

Email Infrastructure & Deliverability

Manage and monitor email domains, IP reputation, and inbox placement.

Implement SPF, DKIM, DMARC and maintain compliance with regulatory requirements.

Oversee sender reputation and resolve deliverability issues.

Content & Campaign Creation

Create and refine email templates and content (empathy, urgency, demands).

Develop compelling subject lines, copy, and CTAs.

Run A/B testing across content and design.

Manage and schedule SMS/text campaigns (10%).

Campaign Management & Analytics

Launch and manage multi-segmented campaigns.

Track click-throughs, portal logins, and inbound calls.

Own UTM parameter setup and reporting.

Provide insights to optimize performance.

Cross-Team Collaboration

Ensure campaigns align with compliance and business goals.

Provide regular reporting dashboards to leadership.
