Responsibilities:

Recruit, train, and inspire a team of call center representatives to excel in customer service and outbound sales performance.

Lead call center operations with a focus on improving telephone sales techniques and developing high-performing outbound teams.

Set and exceed ambitious sales and customer service goals, tracking performance through key performance indicators (KPIs).

Develop and execute training programs to enhance sales skills, customer engagement, and team motivation.

Implement policies and procedures designed to maximize efficiency, productivity, and revenue generation.

Deliver detailed performance reports, analyze trends, and present actionable insights to upper management.

Qualifications:
