Insight Global is looking for a Safety Trainer to join a large MEP contractor in the Richmond, VA area. This role will be providing initial safety and OSHA training to new hires as a part of the onboarding process. This role will also travel to multiple locations to provide this training to different offices, but will not exceed 5 consecutive days. Candidates should come from an MEP (mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) background, and have some knowledge of safety procedure.

Required Skills & Experience

MEP Construction Experience

Ability to obtain OSHA 500 certification

Prior safety training knowledge

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

OSHA 500 Certification

Prior experience as a Safety Manager or Supervisor
