Duties & Responsibilities

Schedule projects and manage teams

Oversee roofing projects from start to finish.

Pull permits with cities and work with city inspectors

Analyze blueprints, survey notes, photos, client redlines, and bid documents to define the scope of work.

Order material and schedule crews

Assist roofing crew with materials and tools.

Run errands for roofing projects

Maintain an organized inventory.

Keep job sites clean and debris-free

Ensure quality and safety standards. Qualifications & Requirements

Experience in roofing is must!

Detail-oriented and organized.

Ability to work independently and in a team.

Proven project management experience in roofing.

Strong communication skills.

Knowledge of roofing materials and techniques.

Valid driver's license.

Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects.
