Seasonal Cooking Volunteer

Hand in Hand is seeking a qualified individual to prepare meals for large groups of volunteers (40 max), grocery shop, and prep for meals. Individual will work directly with the director of the Auxier program center. Individual will be responsible for creating menus to prepare breakfast and dinner for the volunteers.

Must be able to cook for large groups of middle school aged and adults

Must be able to lift over 15 lbs.

Must be able to interact with people

Must have a valid driver license and pass a background check

Cooking staff responsibilities:

Clean and maintain kitchen

Prepare meals for large groups

Grocery shop for items needed

This volunteer is a seasonal position from September - November, with the opportunity to become a staffed position.
