What You'll Do

Diagnostic Testing & Analysis

Perform advanced diagnostic testing on blood, tissue, and body fluids using modern laboratory techniques. Instrument Operation & Maintenance

Operate, calibrate, and maintain high-quality lab instrumentation to ensure accurate and reliable results. Result Interpretation & Clinical Communication

Analyze test results and work collaboratively with medical providers to support timely and effective patient care. Quality Assurance & Regulatory Compliance

Maintain adherence to regulatory and accreditation standards (CLIA, CAP, etc.) through regular quality control and compliance activities. Mentorship & Team Support

Provide guidance to laboratory technicians while helping foster a collaborative and safe lab environment. What We're Looking For

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Medical Laboratory Science, Clinical Laboratory Science, or a related field. Certification:

ASCP certification (MLS, CLS, or MT) or equivalent (e.g., AMT).

New grads eligible for certification are encouraged to apply. Skills & Experience:

Strong understanding of laboratory techniques, equipment, and safety protocols

Proficiency in Laboratory Information Systems (LIS)

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Experience with team leadership or mentorship is a plus What We Offer
