Key Responsibilities:

Delivering an exceptional dining experience for guests by greeting them warmly, serving food, and handling transactions efficiently.

Ensuring cleanliness and presentation standards of the kitchen and dining areas.

Following operational standards and safety procedures to prepare quality and fresh meals.

Working effectively in a fast-paced kitchen environment, taking on various roles including Front Counter, Drive Through, or Kitchen.

Collaborating with team members to reach daily goals in a fun and positive atmosphere.

Qualifications:

Friendly attitude and a willingness to help team members.

Previous operations experience is a bonus.

Some high school education is preferred.

Food Handler certification may be required based on local regulations (to be obtained at your expense).

Pay Range: $17.50 - $20.50 per hour based on experience and work location.

Candidates must meet ongoing eligibility requirements for benefits.

Working Conditions:

The kitchen environment includes heat from cooking equipment, and employees are typically on their feet for extended periods. The role requires the ability to prepare hot and cold foods, use kitchen tools, and perform tasks quickly while ensuring accuracy. Candidates should be able to lift 50 lbs., stand for four hours at a stretch, and reach across counter surfaces. Effective communication and adaptability in a dynamic workspace are essential.
