Role Description
We are seeking a midlevel associate with 3-6 years of substantive commercial litigation, white-collar criminal, and/or employment law experience to join our team in Cleveland, Ohio. This is a hybrid position with some level of remote work permitted. Our new team member will have the experience to take on front-line responsibility for formulating and driving litigation strategy on their matters, as well as the confidence to engage in direct client communication on a daily basis. The successful candidate will also have responsibility for preparing and responding to discovery, drafting motions, and a desire to actually participate meaningfully in trials and arbitrations around the country.
Qualifications
3-6 years of commercial litigation, white-collar, and/or employment law experience from a quality firm
Experience conducting discovery
Strong Client experience
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Previous experience in financial services litigation is a plus but not required
