As a Litigation Attorney, you will play a crucial role as the zealous advocate for our clients, ensuring their best interests are represented and fighting for the justice they deserve.
** Responsibilities:**
Advocate zealously for clients, serving as their voice in legal proceedings
Settle cases to maximize benefits for clients
Win trials effectively and efficiently
Maintain regular communication with clients to ensure satisfaction
Manage high volumes of cases with efficiency
Manage client expectations by delivering exceptional results
** Minimum Job Requirements:**
Attended and graduated/scheduled graduate from an accredited law school (transcript to be submitted upon request)
Scheduled or passed UTE or TN bar exam
Passed MPRE
Mock trial experience highly recommended
Legal research and use of AI highly recommended
Ability to work in-office in Memphis, TN
