We are currently seeking a MID All Source Analyst (MIDB) to join our team in Offutt AFB, NE in support of USSTRATCOM. The mission of USSTRATCOM is to deter strategic attack through a safe, secure, effective, and credible, global combat capability and, when directed, is ready to prevail in conflict. The command enables Joint Force operations and is the combatant command responsible for Strategic Deterrence, Nuclear Operations, Nuclear Command, Control, and Communications (NC3) Enterprise Operations, Joint Electromagnetic Spectrum Operations, Global Strike and Missile Threat Assessment.
Job Responsibilities:
Support JIPOE analysis
Critical duties include providing situational awareness of adversary threat capabilities to support I&W, authoring strategic regional and global JIPOE products to enable deliberate and crisis action planning, and authoring intelligence products for the staff, assigned Component Commands/and Task Forces, and the Intelligence Community
Prepare, integrate, brief and publish broad and complex all-source intelligence studies, papers, briefings, and assessments in coordination with other Agency elements and IC components on adversary regional issues to inform senior decision makers in acquisition, operational, planning, and policymaking communities
Conduct near-term, mid-term, and long-term analysis supporting the JIOCs mission of providing current intelligence to senior leadership as well as support to deliberate and operational planning
Support, establish, and continue a network of contacts for all-source analysis and reporting, ensure analytical findings are based upon multi-layered research and sources, and provide a functional perspective with regional emphasis on relevant existing and emerging threats
Support the development of intelligence collections requirements and providing feedback and evaluations to IC reporting
Participate on teams for special projects or studies of considerable scope and depth critical to the resolution of strategic deterrence issues and problems, and interpret complex legislative, regulatory, and policy guidance to prepare recommendations for management
Maintain Government furnished databases and software applications, to include the use of visualization tools, in support of strategic intelligence analysis to include support to briefings, papers, and presentations as requested by customers
Attend relevant Government meetings as required in support of analyzing and planning for the Government
These may include periodic training, staff, production and technical exchange meetings either on-site or off-site
The contractor shall provide minutes of these meetings as required
Provide analytical support for the development, validation, implementation and modification of current and evolving Command and DoD planning documents requiring insight into foreign strategic forces, policy, intentions and technology
Serve as SMEs to support Command exercises, training events, war games, and crisis response operations as required. Requirements
Minimum Qualifications:
At least five (5) years of demonstrated relevant experience supporting plans and JIPOE analysis.
Critical duties include providing situational awareness of adversary threat capabilities to support I&W, authoring strategic regional and global JIPOE products to enable planning, and authoring intelligence products for the Command Headquarters staff, assigned Component Commands/and Task Forces, and the Intelligence Community.
At least five (5) years of demonstrated relevant experience preparing, integrating, briefing and publishing broad and complex all-source intelligence studies, papers, briefings, and assessments in coordination with other Agency elements and IC components on adversary regional issues.
At least five (5) years of demonstrated relevant experience conducting near-term, mid-term, and long-term analysis supporting the Programs mission of providing current intelligence to senior leadership as well as support to deliberate and operational planning.
At least five (5) years of demonstrated relevant experience supporting the development of intelligence collections requirements and providing feedback and evaluations to IC reporting.
At least five (5) years of demonstrated relevant experience providing analytical support for the development, validation, implementation and modification of current and evolving Command and DoD planning documents requiring insight into foreign strategic forces, policy, intentions and technology.
At least five (5) years of direct intelligence analysis experience at an IC or DoD Intelligence Agency, Combatant Command or DoD intelligence unit, or 5-8 years of civilian intelligence analysis experience or equivalent academic experience.
At least five (5) years of demonstrated relevant experience providing analysis supporting Target Systems Analysis and target folder development for nuclear, kinetic, and non-kinetic targeting efforts.
At least five (5) years of demonstrated relevant experience maintaining Government furnished databases and software applications, to include the use of visualization tools, in support of strategic intelligence analysis to include support to briefings, papers, and presentations
Must be a U.S. Citizen
Must have and be capable of maintaining a U.S. Department of Defense (DoD) TS/SCI clearance
