Job Skills / Requirements

Sunstates Security is currently hiring an experienced Regional Support Manager to be based out of our Cincinnati regional office in Florence, KY. The role provides broad support within the region, including recruiting, onboarding, training, compliance, and employee support in alignment with Sunstates operational objectives.

This is an in?person, in?office role not remote or hybrid.

The position offers a base salary of up to $55,000, plus an annual performance?based bonus, full medical, dental, and vision insurance coverage, generous PTO, 401(k) plan with company match, tuition assistance, and more.

General Responsibilities

Identify and recruit high?potential candidates whose skills, culture, motivation, and ambition align with our companys needs.

Work with management to identify internal hiring needs, understand job requirements, and create job descriptions when needed.

Set up and run job fairs and local recruiting events.

Drive the applicant tracking process to ensure all openings are posted and applicant flow supports regional staffing needs.

Utilize social media platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, etc.) and networking events to attract candidates.

Onboarding and Training

Manage the full onboarding process for new hires, from offer through deployment to the site.

Coordinate and proctor licensing classes, CPR training, and other required sessions.

Schedule and track completion of Sunstates Security Orientation and SOLO.

Liaise with the HR department to track pre?employment paperwork and compliance requirements.

Ensure smooth transition of employees from hiring through placement on site.

Compliance and Employee Support

Track terminations to ensure proper documentation is completed by the operations team.

Monitor ongoing compliance, training, and licensing requirements across the region.

Oversee regional compliance programs such as random drug testing, monthly vehicle inspections, and other safety?related requirements.

Assist employees with questions or training related to eHub, LMS, Post Orders, and other systems.

Maintain employee licensing records and ensure state compliance.

Qualifications

Two (2) or more years of related recruiting, training, or administrative experience.

Excellent organizational, communication, and time?management skills.

Proficiency with MS Office Suite; experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team?oriented environment.

Occasional travel via vehicle or air, up to 35% of the time is required to support site operations and regional events.

Education, Experience, and Skillsets Desired

High school diploma/GED required; college coursework preferred.

Strong interpersonal skills with a team?player and people?oriented approach.

Ability to multitask in a fast?paced environment.
