Required Experience
Minimum of 8 years of experience managing and providing comprehensive security support for government facilities and organizations.
Extensive background in personnel, physical, operations, and information security, including developing, administering, and enforcing security programs, policies, and procedures.
Demonstrated experience processing security nomination packages, conducting security indoctrination and debrief briefings, and maintaining required security documentation.
Proven expertise reviewing and managing DD254s and supporting industrial security program requirements.
Strong ability to lead, coordinate, and oversee security operations to ensure full compliance with DoD and organizational security standards. Preferred Experience
Preferred Certifications: Desired certification(s) and/or credential from the Security Professional Education Development (SPED) Certification Program (e.g., Security Fundamentals Professional Certification (SFPC), Security Asset Protection Professional Certification (SAPPC), Security Program Integration Professional Certification (SPIPC), Special Program Security Certification (SPSC), Industrial Security Oversight Certification (ISOC), Physical Security Certification (PSC), Adjudicator Professional Certification (APC), Due Process Adjudicator Professional Credential (DPAPC)) Salary:

Responsibilities:
SANCORP is seeking a Security Officer IV to provide Administrative, Analytic, Scientific, Information Technology and Subject Matter Expertise Support Services in direct support to Research, Development, Test & Evaluation Activities within Office of the Under Secretary of War for Intelligence and Security (OUSW(I&S)). The following are examples of responsibilities:
Manage the security support needed for the assigned facility and organization.
Provide personnel, physical, operations, and information security expertise to include management, direction, administration and development of security programs, policies, and procedures.
Processes security nomination packages, develop, and delivers security indoctrination briefings and debriefings, the review of DD254 as part of the industrial security program, and maintaining required security documentation.
