What You'll Do
Final order inspection of all outgoing product
Frequent work station audits of product in process
Audit Product Identification and traceability as well as shipping photos
Maintain all quality inspections & training documents including monthly audits of Work Instructions
Assist with QMS documentation updates as needed
Perform all quality related functions for the location such as Tests, Inspections (Internal & External), Reports, Set-ups, Filing, etc.
Manage Gage Calibration as needed
Any other tasks as assigned by supervisor
Strong mathematical, analytical, and organizational skills
Ability to work in a safety conscious industrial environment including use of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment)
Adheres to CMC safety policies and procedures and promoting the safety culture throughout team
Ability to read and comprehend complex instructions, work orders and drawings What You'll Need
Operate a computer proficiently (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.)
Calculate dimensions and tolerance using knowledge of mathematics and instruments such as micrometers and vernier calipers
Ability to use measuring devices (tapes, micrometer, inside outside calipers, etc)
Demonstrates strong time management skills by performing multiple tasks simultaneously and effectively prioritizing work assignments
Good Organizational and Leadership skills
Ability to work independently and manage your time efficiently
Ability to demonstrate close attention to detail
Must be able to perform mathematical calculations
Must be able to work outside under all weather conditions to include working in the heat and cold weather
Ability to position and climb ladders to access elevated stock locations
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Your Education
High School Diploma or GED required
