Location: Near Beloit, WI

Pay: $20/hour

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM (ASAP-June)

These roles offer a rewarding opportunity to work closely with students in special education and inclusive classrooms, helping foster academic success and emotional growth.

? What You'll Do

As a paraprofessional, you'll play a vital role in the classroom by:

Supporting students with academic, behavioral, and emotional needs

Implementing behavior strategies and IEPs (Individualized Education Plans)

Collaborating with teachers, therapists, and school staff

Assisting with classroom management and student engagement

Providing personal care and mobility support when needed

Creating a safe, respectful, and inclusive learning environment

? What We're Looking For

Associate's degree or high school diploma with successful completion of the Master Teacher Exam

Eligibility to apply for a Wisconsin DPI Special Education Program Aide License

Experience working with students with behavioral or developmental needs (any school level welcome!)

Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills
