Job Description

Supervise and manage all aspects of HVAC construction projects, ensuring compliance with plans and specifications.

Coordinate and communicate with tech crews, vendors, and project stakeholders.

Ensure safety protocols are followed on job sites at all times.

Monitor project schedules, budgets, and resources to meet deadlines and objectives.

Provide technical guidance and problem-solving support to project teams.

Conduct regular site inspections to maintain high-quality standards.

Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation and reports.

The Successful Applicant

Proven expertise in HVAC systems and construction processes within the multifamily construction industry

5+ years of experience as a Superintendent, Foreman, or Project Manager

Strong leadership skills to effectively manage teams and projects.

Excellent communication and organizational abilities.

Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards in construction.

Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings.

Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders.

Willingness to travel across the Southeast U.S. What's on Offer
