Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated and skilled School Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to make a meaningful impact in the classroom. In this role, you will support student development, mentor RBTs, and collaborate with educators to create environments where every child has the opportunity to succeed.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs).
Lead, supervise, and mentor RBTs, ensuring effective implementation of strategies.
Collaborate with teachers, paraprofessionals, and families to create consistent, supportive environments.
Provide behavioral consultations to empower educators and improve classroom outcomes.
Deliver ongoing training and mentorship to RBTs. Qualifications:
Active BCBA Certification
Active Illinois BCBA License or willingness to obtain
Experience in school-based or pediatric settings preferred (training provided for the right candidate)
Strong clinical judgment, leadership, and mentorship abilities
