Responsibilities:

Perform routine maintenance on chiller systems to maintain optimal performance and energy efficiency

Conduct preventive maintenance tasks on boilers, chillers, pumps, and other auxiliary equipment

Diagnose and repair malfunctions in chiller systems using knowledge of refrigeration principles and electrical schematics

Responsible for chiller/BAS (Building Automation System) integration

Perform start-up procedures, troubleshooting, and tear down/rebuild of chiller units

Mentor other technicians on various topics related to chiller maintenance and repair Qualifications:

5+ years of mechanical troubleshooting experience

Attention to detail

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Commitment to safety

Valid driver's license Not Required but Our Ideal Candidate Would Have:

Journeyman or equivalent work/military experience

Familiarity with HVAC systems or water chillers

Universal EPA refrigerants license Benefits:
