Day-to-Day:
This resource maintaining approximately 120 HVAC units ranging from small mini-split systems to larger equipment. Daily tasks include changing filters, replacing barrens when manageable (with larger replacements contracted out), and inspecting fans, fan blades, and heating systems that operate on steam for heat and hot water. The candidate should be comfortable adjusting and diagnosing system issues, ensuring everything runs efficiently. This is a hands-on position with varying workloads - some days are slower, and responsibilities shift with the seasons. Employees have designated parking, access to two cafeterias, and a 30-minute lunch break. A set of keys and a name badge will be provided, and any necessary tools can be requested. Please note, this is a smoke-free campus with zero tolerance; violations result in automatic dismissal.

Required Skills & Experience
High School Dipolma/GED
CFC Universal Certification
HVAC License
Active Driver's License
Knowledge of the life safety code & building code
Experience with various types of chillers (chilled water systems and cooling towers)
Knowledge of various air handling units & distribution systems
Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Knowledge of the Tridium system
1+ years in a healthcare setting
