COMPENSATION: Based on full time equivalent experience as an Automotive Technician setting. Salaried position: $55,000-$85,000/annually

SCHEDULE: Full Time Equivalency, In Person, Monday-Friday 0700 -1500. Work hours will fluctuate between 40-48 per week, depending on workload.

Stadium Medical is in search of a technician who is looking to continue their career in the EMS world with Fleet care, or an individual dedicated to getting into the EMS environment, wanting to showcase their skills and knowledge by having a position contributing to Stadium Medical's fleet. The individual would spend the majority of their time focusing on prevention, but also medium duty fixes and diagnostic care, while collaborating with our dedicated partners for larger jobs, more time consuming jobs, as appropriate. This individual should be driven, well oriented with project management skills, detail oriented, and comfortable working as a single employee in their branch. This position is crucial for Stadium Medical's fleet to remain in service and operational, so that Stadium Medical can continue to serve its vast array of divisions.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS OR FORMAL TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE: High school diploma or GED. Minimum 21 years of age. Possession of valid and unrestricted Driver's License with insurable driving record and annual driving record check. Possess and maintain valid Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) Technician Certification in A4 (suspension and steering) and A5 (brakes for both automobiles and heavy/medium trucks). Pre-employment, post offer drug screen required. Vocational/technical training in mechanics and automotive/mechanical maintenance; supplemented by three (3) years previous experience and/or training involving mechanics, automotive/mechanical maintenance, welding, vehicle/equipment operation; or any equivalent combination of education, training and experience which provides the requisite skills and abilities for this job may be considered.

PREFERRED/TO BE OBTAINED: Emergency Vehicle Technician Certification Commission Ambulance Technician Exams in Maintenance, Inspection, Testing of Ambulances; Design & Performance Standards of Ambulances; Ambulance Cab, Chassis and Powertrain; Ambulance Electrical Systems: Ambulance Heating, Air-Conditioning and Ventilation Systems. Emergency Vehicle Operations Course to be completed in-house within 1-year of employment.

WORKING ENVIRONMENT/PHYSICAL ACTIVITIES: Extensive physical activity, medium lifting frequently, heavy lifting occasionally, pushing or pulling objects over 150lbs. Requires standing for long periods of time, sitting, bending, kneeling, squatting, walking reaching and repetitive motions, working with hand tools and large equipment. Work involves exposure to the elements, extreme hot/cold temperatures, grease, oil, fumes, electrical hazards, works with hand tools, blood and body fluids occasionally. Requires the ability to work a flexible schedule occasionally.
