McFarland Johnson is offering an exciting opportunity for an Aviation Planner to join our growing and dynamic Aviation Division. We are further expanding our Brownsville, Texas operation and looking for someone who is ready to play a key role in MJ's continued growth in Texas. Support regional and national airport and aviation planning assignments including:

Airport master plans and layout plans.

AutoCAD drawing development.

AviPlan aircraft and facility modeling.

Work directly with airport sponsors as an extension of staff, helping to shape aviation solutions at the ground level.

Research industry standards, best practices, and FAA/TxDOT requirements to guide infrastructure improvements.

Collaborate with MJ's aviation professionals across offices to deliver innovative, client-focused services. Qualified applicants must meet the following criteria:

Bachelor's degree in Urban/Regional Planning, Aviation Management, or related field.

3-6 years of progressive planning experience.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, AutoCAD, GIS, and AviPlan (preferred).

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

A self-motivated, organized mindset with the ability to manage multiple projects and client relationships. Benefits & Perks:
