? About the Role

As an Instructional Aide, you'll play a vital role in supporting students who require instructional and/or behavioral assistance. Under the guidance of the special education department, classroom teacher, and designated supervisors, you'll help foster a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment.

Your responsibilities may include:

Assisting with classroom instruction and individualized learning plans

Supporting students with behavioral and emotional regulation strategies

Providing personal care and physical mobility support as needed

Collaborating with rehabilitation professionals, social workers, and healthcare providers to meet therapeutic care needs

Promoting independence, confidence, and academic success for all students

? Minimum Requirements

To be considered, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

High School diploma or equivalent

Must be at least 18 years of age

Current CPR certification (if applicable)

TB questionnaire, PPD test, or chest x-ray clearance (if applicable)

Current health certificate (as required by contract or state regulation)

Compliance with all federal, state, and local employment requirements

Commitment to professional standards of practice and ethical conduct
