Field Maintenance Supervisor

Description

Lead and coordinate contract lease crews performing maintenance and repairs on production equipment.

Oversee maintenance of critical field equipment such as:

Dump valves

Level controllers

Back pressure valves

Source, order, and track necessary materials, tools, and replacement parts for field operations.

Assist operators and pumpers with troubleshooting and resolving equipment issues.

Ensure maintenance activities comply with safety standards and operational procedures.

Keep detailed records of maintenance tasks, repairs, and crew performance.

Collaborate with field operations and engineering teams to maintain continuous producti Requirements

Prior experience supervising field or contract crews is required.

Minimum of 5 years hands-on mechanical experience in oil & gas production environments.

Solid knowledge of production equipment operations, maintenance, and troubleshooting.

Familiarity with mechanical components such as valves, level controllers, and pressure systems.

Must be located in or willing to relocate to Pecos, TX.

Demonstrated reliability and a stable work history.

Valid driver's license with a clean record.

Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
