Intern

Job Description:

Support company by performing specific and limited portions of their more broad assignments.

Assist in the preparation of improvement plans, specifications, supporting documents and permit applications for residential subdivisions, retail sites, commercial developments, healthcare campuses, industrial complexes, multi-family developments and public works projects.

Check, interpret and revise engineering drawings. Plan and conduct code research.

Coordinate with other disciplines.

Requirements

Basic interest or experience with land/site planning and design of residential, commercial, water services, and/or large industrial projects.

Knowledge of basic AutoCAD and/or AutoCAD Civil 3D techniques and principles is helpful.

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word and Excel.

0-4 years experience.
