Requirements
Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management, preferably in a full service dining environment
Strong leadership skills with the ability to build a cohesive team
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
Knowledge of food and beverage management.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure
Experience with inventory management systems and scheduling tools
Flexible schedule with availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
