Salary range: $28.00 - $30.00

Job Summary: The Maintenance Technician will support production and facility operations through the execution of preventive maintenance, mechanical repairs, and continuous improvement initiatives. This role requires a strong understanding of maintenance systems, ability to work independently, and experience coordinating maintenance programs.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain a parts list for each piece of equipment.

Coordinate and streamline installations or equipment repairs using computerized systems.

Perform random checks of preventive maintenance (PM) completed by external contractors to ensure reliability and quality.

Work independently with supervisors to coordinate and schedule maintenance programs across departments.

Participate in the development and implementation of policies, procedures, and long- and short-term maintenance planning.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Must be proficient in using a personal computer and related software applications.

Strong analytical skills to examine and re-engineer procedures, formulate policies, and implement new strategies.

Proven mechanical maintenance and repair experience.

Excellent organizational and time management skills.
