School Psychologist (25-26 School Year and Beyond)

Location: Opportunities Across Multiple Districts

Schedule: Varies per assignment, typically Monday-Friday, school hours

Type: Full Time, Part Time

Pay: $60-65/hour

Ro Health is seeking dedicated and experienced School Psychologists to join our Massachusetts Behavioral Team for the 2025-2026 school year (and beyond). What You'll Do (varies on district):

Conduct comprehensive psychological evaluations, assessments, and screenings for students with diverse learning needs.

Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs).

Provide consultation and guidance to support behavioral, emotional, and academic interventions.

Monitor student progress and adjust strategies to ensure effective support and outcomes.

Deliver individual and group counseling services as needed to address social-emotional development.

Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to school-wide decision-making.

Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation in compliance with district and state regulations. What You'll Need:

Valid Massachusetts School Psychologist License

Master's Degree in School Psychology

School-based experience preferred

Strong skills in patient assessment, psychological testing, and diagnostic evaluation.
