Salary: $80,000-$115,000+ with achievable bonus potential!

Relocation packages available and flexible scheduling offered.

Requirements:

Current BCBA Certification and LABA (if applicable by state).

Master's Degree in ABA or a related field (Psychology, Education, Special Education).

Ability to obtain and maintain Safety Care Specialist status.

Personal means of transportation with a reliable vehicle.

Previous ABA experience is required.

Comfort in working with families and providing in-home services.

As a successful BCBA with Key Autism Services, you will:

Conduct initial assessments, reassessments, and write progress reports.

Develop and monitor individualized treatment plans for lifelong success.

Supervise and train behavior technicians to ensure adherence to treatment plans.

Provide families with support and feedback regarding managing behaviors.

Conduct functional assessments and analysis as required.

Review program effectiveness, make recommendations, and monitor progress.
