We are seeking a dedicated and self-driven full time (Entry-level) Field Sales Representative to play a pivotal role in our mission to ensure top-notch medical equipment quality across hospitals by facilitating delivery of medical devices in need of repair. Role & Responsibilities:

Travel to medical facilities (primarily hospitals) to pick up equipment for repair and conduct face-to-face commercial meetings with existing and potential new customers

Assess customer needs through profiling questions

Solicits customer feedback on prior repair services; inquires about new repair and equipment needs for sales representatives

Responds to queries about company products and services

Builds and maintains effective professional relationships with clients

Provide clients with status updates on orders

Ensures full customer satisfaction

Gain detailed knowledge about the company's products and services

Responsible for meeting ISO 9001 and/or other quality system requirements in their department

Other duties as assigned in support of customer service and sales activities Requirements:

Ability to take initiative and problem solve

Ability to make cold calls (within the hospitals)

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Ability to present oneself as well as the company in a professional manner

Proficient in the use of a personal computer and Microsoft Office Suite

High attention to detail

Excellent interpersonal skills and customer service skills required

May be required to sit/drive for long periods of time
