CNC Machinist

Join a growing machine shop team as a CNC machinist! In this role, you'll set up and operate CNC mills and lathes, read blueprints, and produce high-quality parts while ensuring safety and accuracy. This is a great opportunity for someone with machining experience who wants to be part of a collaborative and detail-focused team.

Location: Becker, MN

Wage: $27 - $32/hr.

Hours: Monday - Friday, 7:00 am - 3:30 pm, with overtime as needed

Opportunities for advancement in a growing company Duties of the CNC machinist:

Read and interpret blueprints and measurements to plan layouts

Set up and operate CNC mills and lathes and related tooling

Program and run machining operations to exacting tolerances

Operate manual lathes and other machines as needed

Handle large parts safely using overhead cranes

Inspect and verify dimensions for accuracy

Apply shop math in daily operations

Maintain a safe and clean work environment Requirements of the CNC machinist:

High school diploma required (associate's degree or machining diploma preferred)

2-5 years of CNC machining experience, including operation of mills and lathes

Ability to measure tight tolerances and read blueprints

Experience operating CNC machines, manual lathes, and overhead cranes

Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently or in a team
