Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Manager to lead the operations of a high-volume, full-service brewhouse restaurant. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in restaurant management, a passion for creating exceptional guest experiences, and the ability to lead a large team with energy and accountability.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead day-to-day operations of a fast-paced restaurant with a focus on guest satisfaction, food quality, and team development
Manage and mentor department managers and hourly staff to maintain high performance and morale
Drive profitability through cost control, inventory management, labor scheduling, and operational efficiency
Ensure consistent execution of all brand standards, recipes, and service procedures
Create a culture of hospitality, teamwork, and compliance with health and safety regulations
Analyze performance metrics and implement strategies to improve sales, reduce waste, and enhance the guest experience
Conduct hiring, training, and performance reviews to build a strong, guest-focused team Qualifications:
Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Manager or senior manager in a full-service restaurant environment
Strong leadership and team-building skills with the ability to inspire and motivate others
Proven track record in achieving sales and profit goals
Experience with P&L management, budgeting, and strategic planning
Knowledge of craft beer or willingness to become an expert in beer and food pairings
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
