Delinquent Real Estate Processor

Location: Irwin, PA

Pay: $15.00/hour

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM 7:30 AM - 3:30 PM 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM

(Candidates may be assigned a specific shift during training)

About the Position:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Delinquent Real Estate Processor to join our client's team in Irwin, PA. This role offers consistent full-time hours, hands-on training, and the potential for long-term opportunities. Perform account maintenance and handle returned mail

Learn and utilize proprietary computer programs to process delinquent real estate accounts

Research property payment information and prepare related documentation

Identify accounts to move forward through the collection process

Prepare and organize court files for attorney review and hearings

Manage hearing calendars and communicate with local courts as needed

Maintain confidentiality, accuracy, and compliance in all work Requirements of the Delinquent Real Estate Processor:

Strong computer and multitasking skills

Excellent attention to detail and organization

Good written and verbal communication skills (email and phone)

Ability to learn new software programs quickly

Reliable attendance, especially during training

Must address any planned time off during the interview process Position Details:

30-minute lunch break

Progressive training approach with ongoing skill development

Temporary position with potential for longer-term placement
