As an MLT/MT, you'll play a key role in ensuring accurate, high-quality lab results that directly impact patient care.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Performing routine and specialized testing

• Collecting and processing specimens

• Maintaining quality control and proficiency testing

• Managing lab supplies and inventory

• Ensuring timely and accurate reporting of results

• Collaborating with clinical staff to support excellent patient outcomes

• Education: Bachelor's or Associate degree in Science or Applied Science

• Certification: MT (ASCP) or equivalent, MLT (ASCP/AMT/NCA) or equivalent
