Work alongside the Owner/Operator Starting Pay Scale:

time <20 hours per week: $12.50-$15.50/hr

Part-time 20-32 hours per week: $12.50-$17.00/hr

Full-time 32+ hours per week: $15.00/hr and up We are looking for both full-time and part-time daytime team members. Team members must be available on a variety of weekdays and generally on both Friday and Saturday. We are looking for hard-working, team-oriented, friendly, and honest people. Chick-fil-A Culinary Team Members take part in a variety of tasks both in the Back of House. Daily, you will support the kitchen team, prepare and assemble food orders quickly and accurately, and ensure each guest leaves with a smile. We are looking for friendly, enthusiastic people who enjoy a fast-paced atmosphere. We will teach you everything else you need to know! Successful Team Members will conduct themselves positively and truthfully, demonstrating excellent service to every guest who visits our restaurant.

Requirements

Must be at least 16 years of age upon hire date

Must be eligible to work in the United States

Must have a source of reliable transportation

Ability to handle all equipment, pans, pots, navigating shelving both high and low

Reading, writing, and basic math and verbal communication skills required

Must be able to work in hot, noisy and fast paced environment

Mobility required during shifts

Must work well under pressure

Must be able to respond to changes or edits to orders quickly and efficiently

Must be able to be in contact with all food, drink, and general products within the restaurant.

Company Information

In our kitchens, we focus on fresh and simple ingredients. And we always have. Since the beginning, we've served chicken that is whole breast meat, with no added fillers or hormones, and we bread it by hand in our restaurants. Produce is delivered fresh to our kitchens several times a week. Salads are chopped and prepared fresh throughout the day. Whole lemons are freshly squeezed in our restaurants and combined with pure cane sugar and water (yep, that's all) to make Chick-fil-A Lemonade®. It may not be the easy way, but it's the only way we know.
