Nationwide Therapy Group is seeking a LPN / LVN for a travel job in Bad Axe, Michigan.

Job Description & Requirements

36 hours per week

Shift: 12 hours, nights

Employment Type: Travel

Shift: 6:00 PM–6:00 AM

Guaranteed Hours: 36/week

Contract Length: 13 weeks

Location: Michigan

Certifications Required: BLS (AHA)

Submission Requirements

Minimum 1 year of Long-Term Care experience – Required

BLS (AHA only) – Required

Previous travel experience – Required

Must demonstrate strong, stable work history (previous assignments > 13 weeks)

No active disciplinary actions on license/certification

Profile must include:

Complete resume with permanent address

Discipline-specific skills checklist (completed within the last 12 months)

2 supervisory references from past 2 years

Active license/certifications at time of submission
