Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Sales Engineer to expand AGR's presence in the United States' & Canada's plastic and glass container industries. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the PET blow molding and packaging industry, with proven relationships in the PET and glass packaging ecosystem. This individual will be responsible for driving sales of AGR's Process Pilot® system, PET quality control equipment, and glass measurement systems while providing technical and market insight to strengthen AGR's growth strategy in the United States.

Key Responsibilities:

Drive sales growth across customers in the United States & Canada in the plastic and glass packaging industries.

Identify, engage, and build strong relationships with PET blow molders, converters, beverage bottlers, and glass bottle manufacturers.

Promote and sell AGR's Process Pilot®, plastic and glass quality control, and measurement systems.

Monitor industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to provide market intelligence to AGR's global leadership team.

Coordinate with AGR's technical and service teams to support customer trials, equipment demonstrations, and post-sales service.

Represent AGR at trade shows, industry events, and at customer sites. Qualifications and Experience:

Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related technical field

Minimum of 10 years' experience in capital equipment sales and business development repeatedly exceeding quota. Experience in the PET packaging, blow molding, and/or glass packaging industries is preferred.

Established network of contacts within PET blow molding companies, beverage bottlers, and related OEMs/integrators is preferred.

Experience managing large accounts and navigating complex sales cycles.

Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Experienced in using Microsoft Office products.
