Summary of Position

This job supports the instructional component of the school's mission to provide college courses leading to a degree or certificate. The Central Texas College instructor provides quality instruction and is committed to the personal development of each student.

Minimum Required Education

Masters Degree from a nationally, regionally, or identified at the state level accredited institution of higher education including 18 graduate hours in Mathematics required.

Minimum Required Experience

Experience in post-secondary teaching is preferred.

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Demonstrated knowledge of subject matter through education, experience, and skills. Qualified to teach Contemporary Mathematics, College Algebra, Trigonometry, Statistics, Finite Math, Business Calculus, Precalculus, Calculus, and/or Linear Algebra. Demonstrate a high level of verbal and writing skills as well as computational skills.
