Pay Rate: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour

Shift & Schedule: Fluid, Event-Based Schedule

Must Have: Customer Service Experience

Propark Mobility is currently hiring Event Supervisors to join our team at the Oregon Convention Center! This is a hands-on, customer-facing role supporting the success of large-scale event parking operations.

What You'll Do:

Coordinate event parking operations by directing staff and maintaining efficient traffic flow during events.

Assist the Parking Account Manager with implementing and maintaining Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

Manage daily operations to ensure seamless execution of all event parking activities.

Supervise and mentor parking staff, providing guidance, support, and clear communication throughout shifts.

Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving issues promptly and kindly, maintaining a professional and helpful demeanor.

Enforce parking regulations to promote safety and operational consistency.

Assist cashiers and oversee cashiering activities, ensuring accurate handling of transactions and reports.

Maintain cleanliness and safety standards across all event areas, including monitoring for hazards and organizing cleanup efforts.

Collaborate with management on operational improvements and special projects as needed. What's in it for you?

You are at least 18 years old.

You have a valid driver's license and have been driving for at least 2 years.

Energetic, outgoing and can stand, run, and carry items, up to 50lbs, if needed.
