Our AmLaw 100 client seeks a Labor & Employment Associate for its Tysons office. This nationally recognized team advises and defends employers ranging from Fortune 500 companies to nonprofit organizations in thousands of employment matters each year.

Role Summary

You'll handle litigation and counseling matters covering discrimination, wage-and-hour, and trade secret disputes, with opportunities to work on noncompete and mobility issues. The group's collaborative, multi-office structure supports cross-border work and direct client interaction.

Candidate Profile

2-5 years of labor and employment or commercial litigation experience at an AmLaw 100 firm

Strong writing and client advisory skills

Federal clerkship experience preferred

Virginia Bar required
