The ideal candidate is a HVAC Lead Installer who has exceptional work ethic, well mannered, have a good driving record, and take pride in their work and other's property. You must pass a pre-employment drug screen, background check and possess a valid driver's license.
Job Duites:
Install heating, air conditioning, ventilation and refrigeration equipment, as well as other products in accordance with company requirements and manufacture specifications.
Install VRF and copper pipe
hydronic work
controls work
Installs various ducts and duct fittings.
Properly interpret blueprint drawings, HVAC wiring diagrams, and specifications.
Work with minimal supervision.
Supervise a crew.
Ability to plan, lay out, supervise and inspect the work of mechanics & helpers
Attend all job meetings with project managers and/or contractors as needed.
Complete all paperwork in a neat, accurate, thorough and timely manner.
Must be computer literate and able to operate an IPad and smart phone for various tasks
Must have solid organizational skills and be able to meet job schedule deadlines within budget.
Solid communication skills.
Basic knowledge of HVAC equipment, sheet metal and accessories required.
Ability to work well with others.
