Description

Team Fishel, the Best Choice Employer in the utility construction and network installation business, is hiring Testhole Crew Leaders for underground construction projects in the Williamsburg, VA area. The Testhole Crew Leader will be responsible for assisting the foreman by leading field crews to meet project goals in a safe manner.

Responsibilities

Ensures accuracy of daily field reports

Develops work-around procedures for maintaining crew productivity during delays caused by other trades, customer, lack of materials, absenteeism, etc.

Monitors Quality Assurance and ensures installations meet customer specification and industry standards

Ensures safety practices are observed during their work

Reports to foreman Requirements & Qualifications

Ability to effectively lead a 3-person testhole crew

Ability to safely operate and maintain wet and dry vacs for the purpose of uncovering existing underground utilities.

Ability to work from blueprints, and specifications

Must possess and maintain a valid state issued driver's license and meet Team Fishel driver qualifications Starting pay $23 / hour dependent upon applicable experience and certifications.
