LPN - Licensed Practical Nurse, Express Care Clinics

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in patient assessments and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.

Deliver direct nursing care tailored to age-specific physiological needs, following established care protocols.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and administer medications as prescribed by physicians.
